About this apartment rental
The cozy "Eva" vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and, with 85 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 5 people. The spacious living and dining area, which includes the kitchen, has direct access to the patio and garden, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The inviting living area features a pull-out couch bed (sleeping surface: 120 cm x 200 cm) and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen features: a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and a drip coffee maker. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The new bathroom features a walk-in shower with a sink and toilet. Towels, as well as a towel rack and hair dryer, are provided. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. Payment is due in cash on-site or in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please contact us with your exact arrival time. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request. Diese FeWo befindet sich in einen kleinen Ort unweit von Würzburg entfernt.
Wir würden direkt vom Eigentümer und Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden und in einen Top Zustand. Zur Einrichtung - große schöne moderne Bekleidungsschränke, die Betten und Matratzen neu und komfortabel.
Modernes Bad. TOP modernisiertes altes Gebäude. Schöne große Terrasse und Liegewiese.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank liebe Familie Schwaz.
