Location was pretty good.
Convenience store nearby was nice.
Breakfast was fair.
Coffee and water available at all hours was good. Parking was good.
Continually had people smoking directly outside the front doors/main entrance.
Fruit and yogurt options were only one item every day.
Breakfast opened late one day.
Killed a COCKROACH on wall of room!
