Close to the city and Tram stop almost outside the door
Arriving early we could leave our bags in their private storage area which allowed us to go out
Shower could have been cleaner
Pillows too soft
Asked for early check-in (arrived early and was told room would be ready by 10am and they would call). No call received, arrived back at 2pm and had to wait 20 minutes before we could get into the apartment.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and the bedding and pillows were comfortable. The secure entry after hours gave a feeling of safety. The entry from King William to the registration desk was an interesting walk! But easily done. The signage was cute to get to the registration desk.
There was no decaf coffee for the Nespresso machine nor any at the lobby. A very nice man checked and apologized.
The receptionist who checked us in and out was not friendly, never smiled. There were others at the reception desk when this particular staff member was not there and they were very nice and helpful when asking about a dining option.
