Very comfortable to have a laundry room as we travelled through Europe. Also easy with tram to get to city center and airport.

Simply near the Zurich Airport and the Tram (Glattpark Stop). Anelya is very accommodating staff at the reception. Very good service with a smile. Not discriminating and very respectful staff. One of the best staff at the reception. Compared to many staff at the front desk that I encountered 4 or 5 Star hotels I’ve been in Europe…she’s one of the best. Very respectful and understanding to customers who travelled from other foreign country. Not racist, but purely kindness, humane and understanding person.

SUB STANDARD BREAKFAST SERVICE . I’ve been in to many different hotels, especially Radisson Hotels in Europe and stayed with breakfast… I am so disappointed with the breakfast in Zurich Radisson Hotel & Suites, The Worst ever experience in my whole travel experiences in a 3 or 4 Star hotel accommodation. I don’t know if it’s really what you called a STANDARD BREAKFAST SERVICE there in Radisson Hotel, Zurich Switzerland. I hope they will improve this service because Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially before starting the day to explore the whole city. Your day should start with a good breakfast… a full stomach and a beautiful satisfied smile. We asked for a packed breakfast due to our earlier group outing, and we requested if possible to have a packed breakfast from the reception a night before, to collect it before 6AM the following morning, before we leave. We are 4 Adults. 2 Adults in each room. Upon collection, we were given 2 Luigia paper bags. And in each paper bags, we checked that there’s 2 Sandwiches, 2 Breads, 2 Bananas and only 1 Capri-Sun Juice only. We asked for another 2, we have to wait for ages just for it. We understand though, maybe it’s only a simple mistake. But we also asked for 4 boiled eggs too, and the lady in the kitchen gave us 4 badly broken eggs, packed in a very nice Luigia box though. I have no idea if it is your standard service in Radisson Hotel’s in Zurich, but compared from our experiences in many Radisson Hotels in Europe, Zurich Radisson Hotel and Suites Breakfast Service is so Sub Standard, Disrespectful, Discriminating and Disgusting.
