Location is amazing. Didn't have breakfast, enjoyed a Greggs which was very close by. Size of the room was excellent, and very quiet.
Smell in the corridor, and conditions of the corridor

Location just beside train station on one side and bus station on the other. Town centre few minutes walk, all shops and shopping centre accessible within few minutes. Nice staff, room has clean towels, bedding, shower gel, working TV and kettle to make coffee or tea in the room. Warm water in electric shower.
Building is old, some walls falling apart, shabby doors and windows. Carpets cover uneven floor. It's so bad that you can trip over. Bathroom not clean, smelly carpets and cushions.
