The most wonderful, welcoming hosts. Incredible views, delicious food, friendly dogs, so many games and what to do, very clean. The best hot chocolate!!! Felt like being home, welcomed by family in a gorgeous place.
The electric shower was slow on hot water but that may have been situational as I showered after my partner. And there could’ve been a window or other source of ventilation in the bedroom.

I had a wonderful stay here. The common room is super cozy, and they even lit the fireplace in the evenings—which made it feel so welcoming. The mountain view is absolutely stunning. It is the perfect start for hiking the Quilotoa Loop. And on top of all that, the staff went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank them enough. Truly kind people and a beautiful place.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. We arrived late but they still cooked a hot dinner for us. The breakfast was also very fresh (boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, coffee/tea, fresh fruit, and juice). The property had friendly dogs you can interact with.
The bathroom was clean for the most part, but there were some areas in the shower that could have been double checked for cleanliness.
