Fantastic breakfast. Truly so impressed with incredible eggs Benedict and real hash browns
The stairs and getting things in was certainly an issue for us in our 80’s. We could not recommend to any of our friends for that reason. And there is truly no easy way to unload anything or get easy help as no stopping at front and nobody near by to help at rear parking.

Everything!!!!!
Position: central and comfortable with parking at the back.
Employees: friendly, helpful, easygoing.
Room: comfortable, clean, modern.
Food: we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and it was just amazing!!!!
Best hotel we’ve been in during our ten days trip to Canada.
This place has nothing to envy the big chain as Hilton or similar, as it’s way better!!!!!! Love it!
Everything was just great!!!

Great small hotel right downtown Stratford. Comfortable, big room which had a great little fireplace and comfy chairs. Good bathroom design.
Although we were fine with it, there was no elevator access so none of the rooms are accessible. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs if that is a problem.

Great location
Elevator was broken down and it appeared that it had had been that way, but the staff kept saying that it just broke. They haven’t had a chance to fix it. Don’t appreciate not being told the truth.
