Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Very disappointing experience. The condition of the property was far below what I expected for the price I paid. During our stay, we experienced multiple problems: the living room air-conditioning was not working, the TV could not be used, the main bathroom light was not working, the shower had problems, and the main bathroom/toilet was clogged. I contacted the management several times and even tried calling, but the response was slow. I was told that staff would come to assist, yet we were left waiting while dealing with all these problems. This was especially frustrating because I was travelling with an elderly family member, and the condition of the property made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Stay at Regalia Residence KLCC View by iLuxHome I am very disappointed with my stay at this apartment. I have stayed at Regalia Residence before and had a much better experience, but this unit was in very poor condition. The first issue was the strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire apartment. The smell was extremely unpleasant and made our stay very uncomfortable from the moment we entered the unit. Out of the three bedrooms, two bedrooms had air conditioners that were not cooling properly. The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep. My husband, my two children, and I had to sleep in the living hall because the hall air conditioner was the only one working properly. The apartment was also poorly maintained. Several cabinets, chairs, toilet doors, and other furnishings were broken. The kitchen area was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the unit was far below acceptable standards. Another major issue was the carpet and bed area, which had a very bad smell. During our 2-night, 3-day stay, it was extremely difficult to sleep because of the unpleasant odor. I informed the host about these problems, and the host said that staff would come to inspect the unit. Unfortunately, no staff member ever came to check the apartment or follow up on the issues we reported. This property does not match the standard that guests should expect. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, functioning air conditioners, and responsive customer service are basic requirements for any accommodation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this unit unless significant improvements are made. This review is firm, detailed, and professional while clearly explaining every issue you experienced.
