Your vacation rental invites you to relax in a quiet location right in the heart of the Mönichkirchen health resort, at 1,000 meters above sea level. It offers a blend of tranquility despite its central location, fresh mountain air right at your doorstep, easy access upon arrival, and a variety of leisure activities. The bakery, which features a special breakfast menu and is perfect for daily shopping, is just a 2-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find: In town: cycling on the Wexltrail, swimming at the Schwaig (exclusive to our guests), many themed hiking trails, a water park, a climbing park, scooter and mountain biking in the summer, and skiing in the winter at the Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen-Mariensee. Accessible by car in the surrounding area: Hermannshöhle, summer toboggan run, a visit to Eis Greissler, horseback riding, Schneeberg—be sure to take the Salamander. The vacation apartment, which features a spacious interior, includes a private garden, parking in front of the house, and a separate entrance area. Allergy sufferers take note: You can vacation here with confidence—house dust mites are not present at our elevation. We look forward to pampering you here. Our very well-insulated house—cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter—accommodates 1–5 people. The cozy living area with a sofa set, dining table, and satellite TV invites you to relax. The vacation home has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200) and satellite TV, and the second with a queen-size bed (140 x 200); bedding is included. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dining table, cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and more, leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom with a rain shower, heated towel rack, sink, and hair dryer, along with a second bathroom featuring a bathtub and sink—both equipped with hand towels, bath towels, soap, shower gel, and shampoo—round out the overall experience. You are welcome to use our parking space in front of the house free of charge. You also have access to a private garden with seating. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by prior arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The tourist tax of EUR 3.00 per person (ages 15 and up) per night will be charged separately on site. Payment is due on site in cash. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
