Fine dining at its best. Authentic Estancia style accommodation, but very comfortable. Plenty of quaint common spaces with a different amazing view for each mealtime. Activities were fantastic, especially the horse riding and guests had exclusivity, even though day visitors also came to the Estancia. Staff could not do enough to make our stay unique
