Nightmare experience. - Very dirty, poo in the toilet.

Nothing

We booked this property for 7 people for a 5-night stay. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving, we decided that we could not stay and left the property. When we arrived, we found serious cleanliness issues. There was faecal matter in the toilet and outside, the bed linen had hairs and sand on it, and we found dust and dirt on various surfaces, walls and doors. One of the rooms also had a very unpleasant smell. The photographs attached to this review were taken by us at the property and show the condition we found on arrival. We also had an issue with the sleeping arrangements. Our booking was for 7 people, but the sleeping arrangements available to us did not correspond to what we expected from the listing and our booking. We found two double beds, one single bed and a small mattress placed on the floor. We raised the cleanliness issues with the landlord shortly after arriving. During the discussion, he told us that we had made the property dirty, despite the fact that we had only recently arrived. The interaction became unpleasant and, following it, we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property. We therefore left and had to arrange alternative accommodation during a very busy period, at considerable additional expense. We requested a refund for the accommodation we did not use, but we did not receive one. The original booking was almost €1,000. We also understood from the listing that a playground was one of the advertised facilities (now it is removed). When we raised this, we were told that the playground was located in the village rather than at the property. In our view, the condition and sleeping arrangements we found did not correspond to what we expected from the listing. I have included photographs so that other guests can see the condition we encountered and make their own assessment. This was our personal experience of the property and unfortunately it had a significant impact on our holiday.

Thank you so much Joseph we had a nice stay!

The host is extremely nice and welcoming. The place is spacious and very good for value.

It would be very helpful to have a washing machine in the holiday home especially for summer trips.

Sweet villa in a great village

Sweet and comfortable villa with a lot of gardens around it, in a great and peaceful village. Iosif the owner is awesome!

You need a car to get around, there isn’t much in the village itself.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere con facilità i siti occidentali dell'isola. Joseph, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Grande silenzio tutto intorno

Il giardino potrebbe essere maggiormente curato. Sarebbe utile aggiungere una lavapiatti
