Fantastic hotel in an ideal location! The rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach and the main bars and nightlife.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my Kindle on the bed when checking out, and the staff very kindly located it and arranged to post it back to me in the UK. It arrived today in perfect condition! Such a lovely gesture and genuinely outstanding service.
I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and would 100% stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for a brilliant experience!

We loved everything about the gemloss so did our friends and that was there first time staying there 🥰 we all asked for low floor as I panic being in the lift too long as it goes up to 31 floors lol 😂 which would be a beautiful view of our lovely benidorm but not for me I like low floor as the staff do their best to accommodate us we was on 3 and 2 which was perfect we will definitely be back next year as the pool closes at the end of October and opens in April so be back May September and October happy days ,🔆🔆🔆
Once again thank to the gemloss 💕
Nothing everything was fabulous 😁😁

Location was good, staff very helpful
Toilet blocked twice, apartment not worth the money I paid especially with extra costs for laundry and sunbeds for the pool side.
