This house was the perfect location. It was a short walk to the beach. There are two restaurants, a small grocery store and two convenience stores within walking distance.

the host is a very angry con man. While the view was very nice and the property was close to the beach, I failed to read reviews from other guests that would have warned me about the host. The check in information was incorrect, with the wrong door code, and the wrong code for internet. When he gave the correct code, the outside was quant, but inside all of the pots and pans were rusted. It took several attempts to scrub off the rust and food left in the pans. There was no vent, so while cooking the property would fill with smoke and I had to keep all windows and doors open. At check out time, there was lots of loud honking. The property owner was there yelling at me for not being out. Standard checkout is normally 11, apparently for this property it is 10, but is referenced nowhere in the email with inaccurate info. He said cleaners were by earlier, no one came by previously. He then speed away angrily in the wrong lane. I felt unsafe and quickly got my kids and I away. He later tried to charge me 240 for dirty dishes. Reading the other reviews I see others had similar experiences.

We had one amazing time… The shark shack was so cool and the kiddos loved it. Will definitely be back again.

Located close in view of water (close walking distance) from the beach.
zoom on upper deck pics to see exact distance ,must be able to climb stairs. Nice beach house, custom deck ,interior very nice beachy decor,fast wifi smart tv very pretty view perfect location
