Vacation at the Foot of the Kampenwand—Welcome to Hohenaschau. Our quiet two-family home is located on the outskirts of Hohenaschau, nestled in an idyllic residential area with views of the mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. The cozy vacation apartment is located on the first floor and offers a parking space for your car. Explore the surrounding area at a leisurely pace on foot: Hohenaschau Castle with its falconry, the Kampenwand aerial cableway, and quaint Bavarian restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. Hiking enthusiasts can set off directly from the front door into the Chiemgau mountains, and cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy in the Chiemsee/Chiemgau region.
Shopping and the train station are about a 15-minute walk away. Please note: Pets are not allowed here.
Our lovingly furnished, non-smoking ground-floor vacation apartment offers 28 square meters of space for two people—ideal for a relaxing getaway for two. Enjoy sunny hours on the south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. The apartment features an open-concept living area with a kitchen, dining area, and a cozy couch for watching TV (flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi). The kitchenette is equipped with a small ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and filter coffee maker. The separate bedroom with a double bed opens directly onto the terrace. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. We’re happy to provide a baby crib upon request. The ground-level entrance with only one step makes the apartment accessible to people with disabilities (not wheelchair accessible). Please understand that pets are not allowed.

super schöne Ferienwohnung , sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet
wir haben uns bei Familie Schwinghammer sehr wohlgefühlt
und würden jederzeit wiederkommen
Parkplatz direkt am Haus sehr schöne Terrasse auch zum sonnenbaden
