100% neat/clean. The 50% for breakfast (45aed pp). Very decent breakfast. Great water pressure. 2min from the metro. Valet parking. Friendly staff, great Burj khalifa views from the swimming pool terrace. Nice little pleasant pool. Soundproof windows (we were not bothered by the heavy traffic. A playground 50m away. Very clean poah location. Room service cleaned every day. Comfy huge bed (couole and a 6y old slept in all confort). I can highly advice this hotelfor a city stay!
