Family house of 130m2 ideally located in Cap Ferret, 100m from the beach of Horizon, 800 meters from the market place.
Very quiet area and at the same time very close (accessible in less than 5 minutes) to everything that makes the charm of Cap Ferret: The market, the Lighthouse, the Basin, the oyster huts....

We are putting up for seasonal rental our house located in the village of Cap Ferret, at the foot of the Horizon beach.
Ideal location to do everything on foot or by bike in less than 5 minutes: the market, the restaurants, the basin, the lighthouse, the oyster huts, the cycle paths, the skate park...
The 130m² house is located on a plot of 800m², very bright and crossing, with a large terrace of 100m² in the sun from morning to evening, as if placed on the dune.
Capacity 11 people.
It consists of:
* a living room with a lounge area and a dining area
* 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher / washing machine / Nespresso ...)
*5 bedrooms: 3 with double bed 160x200, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with 3 single beds
Possibility of bringing the beds together to make 5 bedrooms with double beds.

* 2 toilets
* 1 large terrace in the sun from morning to evening
* 1 swimming pool (from May 2027)
* 1 garden on the front of the house

The house is located on a plot of 800 m2 shared between a large terrace of 100 m2, a garden, a driveway to park a car, another driveway to access the other side of the house, and a landscaped area with swimming pool (May 2027)

An outdoor shower (hot water, cold water) very nice on the way back from the beach.
Weekend rental possible (except school holidays).
Please note that a deposit of €2,000 will be requested on arrival by cheque or bank transfer.
The cheque will be returned to you (or bank transfer refunded) on the day of your departure if no damage has been found.
The cleaning fee includes laundry service and sanitation. Clean towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.
Possibility of cleaning hours during your stay on request.
