☠️☠️☠️ *** READ BEFORE YOU BOOK *** DODGY MANAGEMENT *** When I made the booking (for three adults), I was told I will receive further instructions a day before my check-in day, and I did, to my surprise, I received the following message after 9 PM a night before my arrival to the property. ❌ "(We have your reservation for 3 Adults, No Infants, No pets, No visitors)". If you want to add guests, the cost is $500.00 pesos per guest per night, and $250.00 for each child under 12 years of age per night." ❌ "Afternoon visits pay $200.00 pesos per person." ❌ "Unit occupancy is monitored by public area camera." I was visiting San Carlos from Sydney, Australia where I reside, but since I grew up an hour away from San Carlos, I invited my nephew who's 14 years old, my nephew invited two of his school mates, but fortunately, they couldn't go due to a school project, otherwise, I'd have paid $4,500.00 to have my little nephew and his school friends over to celebrate Grandma's birthday. Also, the plan was to make a BBQ on the day of her BD (we stayed four days, three nights), but my brother and his girlfriend couldn't travel due to work commitments, otherwise I'd also have paid $400.00 to have them over a few hours as a visitors. ❌ They were never upfront about it, otherwise I wouldn't have booked this place, since I wanted to have that option open. another BIG ISSUE, is that they have cameras in the common areas not for security but to to monitor you, this all made me and my mother extremely uncomfortable. ❌ Also, her bed was horrible, it was in very bad conditions and will make a lot of sound every time she moved. ❌ I will definitely not recommend or stay there again, watch out, because they have quite a few properties in the area.
