Beautiful property with lovely rooms and spacious bathrooms. Lunch at the Fig Tree was very enjoyable and the staff was attentive and friendly.
The staff at the bar in the main castle were inattentive and surprisingly aloof. They seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than serving customers.

Great Bar. Excellent Staff
Rooms are well appointed but feel very institutional muck like a standard Ritz Carlton , not a luxury Manor House

Gracious Castle resort hotel in stunning grounds with so much to experience. Only stayed for one night but wish I had booked for 2-3 days. Offers golf, spa, walking trails, indoor thermal & pool area plus other outdoor activities. Dinner was excellent and breakfast extensive. Staff are attentive, friendly and respectful.

Nice setting except for the huge construction crane over the castle building and construction debris on property.
Lost my bags for over an hour during check in. Couldn’t call reception to inquire because phone in room not working.
