It was an excellent experience. I found a home in Madrid anytime I visit.

Enough space for the kids to play around.

Everything basic thing we need were in there.

Normal place to stay

Good and safe neighborhood, comfortable place to stay one-two nights. Great park and commercials very close. WiFi is OK. Easy to find this place. Free parking close to the appartments.

Not comfortable bath as a room (very narrow) and the sofa was cracked. Not clean in the room.

Aluche aparment B

Location, bars and shopping centre close by. Well equipped for a short stay. Very clean.

As a large person I found the shower door very narrow to access shower.

Better on the photos than in reality

The property looked better on the photos than on reality. Positive to comment, very quite area

To start, the check in process is not very well thought out and even when you get a “time” they still did not show up and I had to call them and wait for another 30 min on the rain. Furthermore, the apartment has humidity visible in few areas and smell like it as well. They have a policy to “pay” if they find sheet and towels dirty, but they give them to us dirty, was that a trick to get more money? And lastly, it is not a flat per se, it seems to be a local space that they remodel to an apartment, I am not even sure if this place has a legal requirement for living. I could comment a few other details, but I would rather not
