About this villa rental
The villa, built in the traditional Campidanese architectural style, is surrounded by a large, secluded garden, just a stone’s throw from the beaches of Cala Caterina and Santo Stefano. The villa’s design draws inspiration from the traditional architecture of southern Sardinia: a rectangular floor plan featuring a central patio surrounded by a portico. The interiors are simple, cozy, and comfortable, and have undergone a very recent renovation.
The private and inviting inner courtyard and the terrace overlooking the garden are particularly striking.
The property is equipped with an outdoor video surveillance system that can only be accessed upon request by judicial authorities.
