About this house rental
A villa with a private heated pool in Les Issambres. A well-equipped, fully air-conditioned home nestled among the palm trees on a hillside. A magnificent ocean view and shaded terraces with a modern interior. Just 5 minutes from the beaches. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.
The house is generally equipped with state-of-the-art technology: a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a 4K Ultra HD TV, a CD player, an iPhone interface, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber).... The decor is modern and follows current trends in white, beige, and blue. The living room is comfortable, and the view of the Saint-Tropez golf course is simply breathtaking!
There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all located on the lower level.
Bedroom 1: located on the “ocean view” side with a large picture window opening onto a beautiful terrace. Double bed with 2 90x210 mattresses. The bathroom has a bathtub (with shower) and one sink.
Bedroom 2: Also located on the ocean side with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace, a double bed with two 90x210 mattresses, and its own shower room.
Bedroom 3: Located on the north side of the house. This bedroom, large enough for a small family, is equipped with a double bed with two 90x200 mattresses and a 90x200 bunk bed. It also has its own shower room and separate toilet.
On the same floor, there is an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator.
The living areas on the upper floor open onto large, comfortably furnished wooden terraces. The terrace railings are made of glass so as not to obstruct the view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez and the sea.
As with many homes in the south built on a hillside, the only solution is a terraced garden. The pool is therefore located below the house and has the advantage for children of being accessible only via a small, fenced-in staircase! The 10x5m heated pool, though hidden among the greenery, enjoys a perfect south-facing orientation and a pergola. The pool is heated from April 1 through November 1. (In winter, heating is available only upon request and for an additional fee.) Pets are not allowed.

Very well maintained, charming villa with a spectacular view on the bays.The rooms are spacious, especially the living area, the kitchen is well equipped and we loved the brilliant terrace.The Hosts are exceedingly friendly and helpfull.Would definitely come again!

We have spent two wonderful weeks in this nice house. Everything was been very well equipped and maintained.
The house has a breathtaking view on the cost. For every question or demand Philippe was a very friendly support. Thank you very much for your help.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Ausstattung, modern gestaltete Räume, Pool, Lage und Blick lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sogar eine ausführlichste Hausbeschreibung haben wir vorab erhalten.
Der Vermieter wie auch die Verwalter waren sehr nett, alles hat perfekt geklappt. Philippe spricht fließend Deutsch. Empfang und Verabschiedung waren herzlich. Der Kontakt mit Carel war hervorragend. Wir können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen!
Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben...

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt und haben das Haus mit dem tollen Ausblick und den Pool sehr genossen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Gerne wieder!
