Everything was great!

This was our second time staying at JAZ Soma Bay, and overall, we had a very good experience. Everything was great, especially the service at the beach and in the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
The beach was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. The food was good overall, although we felt it wasn’t quite as good as during our previous visit. Still, it was absolutely fine.
A special thank you to Chef Ahmed, who prepared wonderful meals for our baby. He did an amazing job, and our little girl enjoyed his food so much that we already have a special reason to come back again!
The animation team was okay, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was enjoyable.
All in all, we had a lovely stay and would happily consider coming back for a third visit. Thank you to the team for making our holiday special!
What I didn’t like was the lack of private spaces on the beach. I would appreciate having more areas where guests can relax and enjoy some privacy. Also, the food wasn’t as good as during our previous visit, and I hope the quality will improve by our next stay.

A special thank you to Mr. Khaled for his warm welcome and attention throughout our stay. Huge thanks as well to Chef Mostafa and Chef Ahmed. The food was excellent, fresh, and well prepared every single day.
I also want to thank the housekeeping team. The room was spotless throughout our stay, and you can see the care they put into their work.
The beach is clean and well maintained, which makes every day relaxing and enjoyable for both us and the kids.
My only concerns are the price and the rooms. The room was very clean, but it feels outdated for what you pay. A renovation, or a price that better reflects the room's condition,

Location super clean and well maintained. Staff is exceptional at every level.!!! Let me just mention Nasser Ahmed from the Egyptian restaurant , the guys from the pool bar… all nice and welcoming people. I cannot really thank them enough for the lovely holiday we spent in the last two weeks here. Food was good various and well cooked. We could basically choose everything different every day of our stay.
