Excellent location and a couple of minor issues were resolved quickly.
The memory foam mattress (although my travel companion liked it); I sank into it so much that I could turn over only with great difficulty and I had to use the sofa after two nights of very little sleep.
The bathroom could have been cleaner - above the door dust (not cleaned in months) and the air vents in the bathroom and kitchen could do with a clean. The door handle in the bathroom has loose fittings. The shower cubicle leaked, leaving a very wet floor.
