Location is a big plus, its almost the center point for many attractions and can reach those destination within 25 mins (max) from this hotel. Room is very clean, towels and beds are taken care of daily, friendly staff, welcomed with warm greetings and answered all our queries with smile.
Same breakfast menu everyday, which you might be okay of you staying for 1 or 2 days - but more than that you will feel bored. Coffee is not strong enough to feel the flavor. If you need iron board or iron box, then you have to get it from the front desk - which i would prefer to keep in room by default. Also no closets in the room. you have to use open shelves to keep your items.

Breakfast was good, nice dinning area with plenty of tables
People at front desk were nice and attentive. You get a better deal booking online through third party as they won’t match the price. Overall it was a great stay!
Bathroom was small, needs more counter space, shower door had a big gap that let water out but it was nice and clean👍

We visit Hot Springs quite often and this will be our go to hotel! Very nice, close to everything!
To be honest, I didn't like the eggs at breakfast! 😂😂😂

It was centrally located for the things we wanted to do. It was clean. Booking and checking was easy.
The refrigerator in our room did not work.
