Great location for trips into Edinburgh for the Tattoo, Castle and sight-seeing. Good location for our onward travel to visit family in Thurso (we live in Coventry).
Having a longer stay to better explore the area.

Very homely and cosy. Very comfortable. Clean and tidy. Very simple check-in and check-out process. WiFi was good!

Owner was very accommodating.
We had a lovely stay at the caravan home in Seton Sands. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family break. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and plenty of facilities nearby.
The caravan was cosy and well-equipped, making it a great place to come back to after a day exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the peaceful setting and the convenience of being close to the seaside.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this caravan to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway at Seton Sands. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Location
Very unclean.
Simple things like vacuuming, cleaning / mopping floors and wiping down of all surfaces need doing ……. The basics when it comes to cleaning !
Carpets & sofas could all do with a proper upholstery clean.
