Casa Del Sol C1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with beautiful Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, this unit provides comfort, convenience, and a true beachfront experience.
• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are three barstools for additional seating.
• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.
• The living area features a sofa sleeper and a recliner for extra comfort.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with balcony access.

Absolutely wonderful! I was honestly surprised how clean it was. It's even larger than the photos look. And oh me the location!!! Just heavenly. The host sent in daily flag color and ocean report. Check-in process was very easy. And although we had a large truck it was tight, but definitely doable parking wise. The little extras to get you going until we could run to the grocery store was nice(TP, praper towel, etc). Overall amazing! Will definitely be back!

There were dirty dishes throughout the cupboards, not property management fault. The waste basket retractable cupboard was broken and had to be serviced. I would expect the cleaning service to have reported as the cupboard didn't close. Maintainence fixed so we were pleased with that! The location is PRIME! The pool needs more cleaning and attention, at least daily. We loved the ocean so that worked great. The supplies are very skimpy, one dishtowel and 1 sponge. No handsoap for the kitchen or bathrooms. We purchased towels, soap etc. As an experienced VRBO traveler, this condo had the fewest supplies. On the bright side, the bedding and floors were clean, appliances were great! The condo layout is wonderful and we plan to return!

This is our second time to rent through Itrip at Casa Del Sol. The unit was large enough for 3 couples and having 3 king size beds was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Love the grill area with the tables. We also love that there are only 2 units on each floor and since it's a smaller complex there is no long wait for elevator. Pool area is nice too. Itrip responded quickly to any questions we had and even texted us daily with beach conditions. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property in early May. Great time to be in Gulf Shores! Not crowded, lots of places to eat. The condo is nice. It’s updated but definitely could use a deep clean. For example, dirty baseboards throughout. We found unclean dishes in the cabinets. The patio doors are very hard to push open. Once outside, the balcony affords a beautiful view of the beach. Some things you should know before you commit: no beach towels so if you’re flying in plan on packing one or using your bath towel. There is a grill but it’s a charcoal grill and charcoal is not provided. The information provided to you after you pay a deposit states you need to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and garbage bags. I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this is the first place that did not have additional basic supplies. BTW the TP in the master bath was almost gone when we got there! To be fair there was an initial supply but nothing more. Was it ok? Yes. Would I stay there again? No.
