The house was built in 2017, and no expense was spared—the entire house features underfloor heating, luxurious bathrooms with Moroccan tiles, custom-made wooden windows and doors, built-in closets, a converted attic with built-in sleeping alcoves, a fully equipped kitchen, a private dock leading to its own pond, and more. The Litschau Country House is situated in an absolutely quiet location on a small road used only by local residents. The village of Schlag is part of the municipality of Litschau and is located just 2 km from the health resort. There you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, several restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a church, etc. We are pleased to offer you this unique and cozy vacation home for rent with a minimum stay of 4 nights (6 nights during peak season). A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days before the start of your trip. A security deposit of EUR 500.00 must be transferred to our account 30 days before arrival and will be refunded within 10 days after your departure, provided there is no damage. Dogs are welcome and cost EUR 25.00 per day. Check-in from 4:00 PM to midnight; check-out by 10:00 AM—if you check out later than agreed upon, we will charge half a day’s rate. Keys are stored in the key safe—the code will be sent 1 week before arrival. Pets allowed upon request and for a fee. A crib is available in the house at no charge.
