Eichwalde, one of the most popular suburbs with wide tree-lined avenues flanked by single-family homes and apartment buildings, is located on the southeastern edge of Berlin. Known and loved for its surroundings rich in forests and lakes, this neighborhood enjoys great popularity. In the center, we experience a lively, urban atmosphere. This is also where this beautiful penthouse apartment is located. It is situated in a historic mansion—completely renovated in 2019—right in the heart of Eichwalde. Before the renovation, the building was home for many years to the renowned Michelin-starred “Carmens Restaurant.” The apartment impresses with its sophisticated floor plan, which features a beautiful living-dining area with a large, modern built-in kitchen and varying ceiling heights of up to 5.50 m. There is also a beautiful bedroom with built-in closets and indirect lighting. Two mezzanines with additional sleeping areas, as well as a modern bathroom, round out the apartment. De woning is helemaal compleet, grote keuken, wasmachine en alles heel netjes en eigentijds. Het ligt perfect bij winkels en de S-bahn en toch heel rustig. Aanrader voor een verblijf in de omgeving Berlijn.
