This place was perfect for our family of 4. The view was excellent, the property had so many amenities! Having reserved chairs made getting to the beach so easy. The pool was clean and so fun too! Weโll be back!

Our whole visit we had to view the ocean thru 3-8 cables hanging from top in front of our balcony down to ground for balcony repair 12 floor. We have several pictures, videos showing the chaos. They trashed her balcony with debris until they finally came up with a p washer to clean walls, everything Our 2 elevators stopped 3 times during our stayOne elevator twice, both stopped after electrical outage didnโt come back app 2-3 hrs.video hammering with p door closed. Tennis, pickleball courts being demolished during our visit. They had to come up ,clean dishwasher drain for us to be able to use it. Bldg 1,2 were beachfront. Bldg 3 was app 400 to 500 feet back ? Had to look overtop bldgs to see ocean. Being on 10 th floor helped
