We had a bad experience with the restaurant, we ordered food to take to our room and per the app we should have received a message letting us know when ready to pick up and that never happened. They would not refund or take anything off so we paid full price for food that we did not eat.

The view, the vibes and the staff were absolutely great!
I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay there forever

I enjoyed the breakfast it came out hot, quick and delicious. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel and loved my view of the bay it was beautiful. I also liked having access to the pools and everything surrounding there.
The night of August 1st/Early morning of August 2nd around 4:30am we were woken from our sleep, due to the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building. The alarms went off numerous times. I paid $600 for one night and wasn’t compensated for anything.
