The apartment was only a couple minutes walk from the railway station and reasonably easy to find - look out for the grey door with the crescent shaped panel of glass. Then it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre of Ferrara.
The manager was good with communication by email, but no real human contact experienced.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, not too clean (numerous hairs found on the floor) and for a long stay, one set of towels was not enough. A clean-up and a change of towels would have been nice on day 3.

От станции пешком 5 минут, от центра Феррары 15 минут, очень чисто, очень тепло, есть всё необходимое. . Хозяйка говорит по-русски. На сайте фотографии правдивые. Рядом в шаговой доступности несколько супермаркетов и фруктовых магазинчиков и баров. Хозяйка ведёт отель очень профессионально.

Monolocale molto pulito, e completo di tutto,solo bagno un pochino piccolo,ma per un breve soggiorno va benissimo. Vicino alla stazione e il centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

It is a free parking on the streets around the property, if you find a spot. After circle around we got lucky to park right at the front door! I like well equipped kitchen, and particularly coffee machine and provided coffee and tea.
This place is absolutely not suitable for 2 people! Not only it is the tinniest place we ever stay at, but double bed they have is one side against the wall, and so, whoever is sleeping at the wall in order to get out o the bed has to crawl towards the end of the bed which is also against a table. Shower stall is tiny too. We had no problem, but if someone a bit on the heavy side, it would be an issue. And sink in a bathroom was clogged.
It is located around 20 minutes walk from historical sites. But I noticed it isn't far from the train station - good for someone travelling by train.
It was not easy to communicate with the property. I couldn't get check-in information on time. Only when I message via WhatsApp the owner evidently told a manager to send us one.
