It is 10 minutes from downtown Bergamo and Orio al Serio Airport, and 5 minutes from the new Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital. It is 5 km from the Upper Town. The ground-floor apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a spacious terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed; the second has a double bed and a single bed; and the living room has a sofa bed that converts into another double bed or two single beds, plus a single bed. Each bedroom has a fan. The living room has a 50-inch TV, and each bedroom has a 32-inch TV; free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fan. Near the house, you’ll find a post office, pizzerias, bus stops, and various supermarkets, including Conad, MD, Esselunga, Famila, Iperal, and Iper. There’s a park right outside the gate in a quiet neighborhood.
The rate for up to 3 people is €50.00. Each additional guest is €15.00. Maximum 8 people.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement qui comporte vraiment tout le nécessaire en cuisine avec petit lave vaisselle fonctionnel, salle de bain, machine à laver pratique et fer à repasser pour ne pas tout avoir à faire en rentrant ! Un + pour les oreillers et les matelas. Je suis sensible au dos et j ai passé de bonnes nuits avec un ventilateur très efficace. Tout était propre à notre arrivée, garage pour la voiture, un séjour 4* ! Merci !
