A historic country house located in the Zacco Micciò district of Rosolini (SR). Situated in a quiet area perfect for those who love peace and quiet, it features a swimming pool with ample surrounding space and an area with a barbecue and a fully equipped gazebo. It boasts an exceptional view of one of the Iblean Quarries (Cava Grande), from which you can admire a breathtaking sunset. The farmhouse has two recently renovated, independent apartments, each consisting of a dining room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
From this area, you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches and towns of southeastern Sicily. Beaches and seaside villages such as Marzamemi and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, as well as Portopalo, Punta Cirica, and Carratois. The nearest Baroque towns are Noto, Modica, Syracuse, Scicli, and Ragusa Ibla. The apartments have access to a swimming pool (12 m × 6 m) with a 350-square-meter lawn and an adjoining garden with fruit trees. There is also an area with a barbecue and a gazebo.
A vast, secluded estate accessible via the classic Sicilian “trazzera” road, which leads directly to the property. From here, you can admire the sea and the Cava Grande on the horizon, offering breathtaking sunsets. Just a few kilometers away lie the southeastern coast of Sicily and the most beautiful areas of Sicilian Baroque architecture.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. William und seine Familie haben sich perfekt um alles gekümmert. Das Landhaus mit zwei Ferienwohnungen liegt außerhalb von Rosolini in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Alles ist sehr neu und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und ideal für Kinder. Man kann sich an den Feigenbäumen im Garten bedienen und jede der beiden Wohnungen hat einen eigenen abgetrennten Grill- und Essbereich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
