About this apartment rental
This cozy vacation home (a wooden house built in 2007) offers 85 square meters of space for up to 5 people. Right next to the house is a large garden of approximately 400 square meters, which is for the exclusive use of the guests. The house is located on a quiet side street, 800 meters from the lake and Vogelinsel. On the first floor, there is a living room with a cozy sofa area and satellite TV. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. There is also a cozy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. There is also an electric kettle and a coffee maker, and dishes are provided. The first floor also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub. There is also an utility room, where a washing machine is available for your use free of charge. On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed and a crib (for children up to 3 years old). There is also a guest restroom with a sink on the upper floor. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM or, by telephone arrangement, after 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per adult per day will be charged separately on-site. Children and people with severe disabilities are exempt. Bed linens and towels are provided. Firewood is available upon request for the wood-burning stove. Electricity and water are billed according to usage. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available. Keys are handed over in person on site.

Das kleine, sympathische Häuschen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist durchdacht mit allem ausgestattet, was das Kochen erleichtert, klasse war auch die praktische Durchreiche. Die Helligkeit und angenehme Großzügigkeit des Treppenhauses haben wir schon beim ersten Betreten als sehr einladend empfunden. Die freundliche Betreiberin war sehr gut zu erreichen und ist auf unsere "Sonderwünsche" (z. B. nach Kaminholz) und Fragen hilfsbereit eingegangen. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit vielen schönen Eindrücken. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
