Location wise is quite strategic. There are some restaurant (not a lot) but it good enough for work travelling as a location. The staff was super friendly and they even assist downloading parking apps because Muar (Johor) has their own public parking system. Once they understand that I am staying alone, they even help to swap room as my original room is Mickey mouse theme concept which is more suitable for family.
Public parking (which you need to download a specific app from playstore) and the hotel is located on the 1st floor which you need to walk up. Not suitable if you have old travelling companion which required to walk up using the staircase.

The room
The stairs to the hotel is long and inconvenience to the elders with bags. All the room don't have extra protection lock on the door. Feels insecure to sleep at night

The location is strategic although it's closer to chinese restaurant, but there's Lotus, 7e, emart and such just across the main street. the room is spacious for 2 people. towels are included as well.
the cleanliness of the room. we found 2 baby cockroaches in our room. the towels provided looks clean but it smells damp. It's a little uncomfortable to use it. the shower head leaks so the water going to the shower head is slow.
