On the third floor, you’ll find a small vacation apartment furnished with great attention to detail. In addition to the sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, the living room features a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate dining area. From the bedroom, you can step out onto the large, west-facing rooftop terrace. Deck chairs and a dining table are provided so you can enjoy the sun on the 12-square-meter outdoor space. The modern bathroom, featuring a rain shower and natural light, leaves nothing to be desired. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment to ensure a pleasant warmth.
You can park your car right next to the building, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the building’s basement (use subject to a fee).
This apartment can be rented together with the “Penthouse Maxi” apartment, offering space for 6 people across 133 square meters. To do this, a connecting door between the apartments—which is otherwise locked—is opened.
