Es controlado la electricidad, hace mucho calor en Curacao, y no puedes tener el aire prendido todo el día por qué consumes más de lo permitido

Praticidade e conforto. Para ficar sem carro é um local ideal.
Muito barulhenta, principalmente no carnaval. As pessoas passavam falando na rua e parecia que estavam dentro de casa. Colchão d’água também não me agradou…

Excellent location, right in the heart of Willemstad with access to everything. Clean facilities, well appointed and comfortable. Staff are very kind and helpful, easily arranging a taxi transport for small or large groups when landed or beforehand. Also great they have an office directly outside the airport exit doors. Small drinks waiting for you in the fridge.
One apartment we had rented has extremely small living room furniture. All the others had beautiful couches but this one had a dirty tiny couch. Need more ice trays in fridge. They have great big glass jars that have nice big corks, perfect for storing water. I don't see why they don't normally clean and fill a couple of these so they are cold in the fridge. Units also don't have colors or names on the doors corresponding to the keys you receive. We accidentally walked into someone else's unlocked apartment on accident. Pillows could be bigger/more supportive or just offer double. Basically laying flat on the ones they have.

Boa localiação, bem central em Punda, mas não é uma região excelente para se ficar. O prédio só tem 3 apartamentos bem amplos, cada um com dois quartos grandes e com ar condicionado (inclusive na sala). Ótima comunicação com a agência que gerencia o negõcio.
O prédio de 3 andares não possui elevador. Não é próprio portanto para pesssoas idosas e/ou com problemas de locomoção. As escadas feitas em piso de concreto estão até mesmo com degraus meio quebrados. A entrada do prédio dá uma péssima ideia, que muda quando você entra no apartamento, que é bom. Se você ficar no 3o piso, o apartamento é no sótão do prédio, e a movimentação de pessoas no 3o andar incomoda as pessoas do segundo piso. Sei disso, pois viajamos com um casal amigo que ficou no 3o andar (e nós no 2o).
Tudo está novo no apartamento, pois foi reformado recentemente. Mas a cozinha não é bem montada. Tinha poucos talheres e uma panela completamente velha. Reclamamos com a agencia por whatsapp e eles foram bastante solícitos e levaram outra.
Finalmente, há um bar karaoke na quinta e sexta do lado do prédio e incomoda um pouco o barulho. Não deixamos de dormir por causa disso.
