Your own exclusive chalet (for 2 people) right on the pond with a unique view of the countryside.
Enjoy the peace and quiet in this exclusively furnished cottage located on the edge of the forest.
We’ve furnished our lodging with great attention to detail, using high-quality, natural materials.
In 2015/2016, this log cabin—unique in the Sauerland region—was newly renovated, and we now warmly ❤ welcome you for a relaxing vacation.
The Accommodation
Wood-burning stove for romantic evenings. Loggia with corner bench.
Flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi
Separate storage rooms for bikes or skis upon request.
Large terraces with seating and great views.
Bedroom featuring a cozy pillow nook, 1.80 x 2.00 m
Fully equipped kitchen-living area with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and glasses/cutlery
Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels.
Towel changes and mid-stay cleaning available upon request.
"Cabin Spa" with outdoor hot tub and infrared sauna for two people
(seasonal/weather-dependent and upon request; additional costs). (No swimming pool)
The cost for using the hot tub is €19 per person per day, plus a one-time water and cleaning fee of €45. (Infrared cabin currently not in operation)
Bath/rain shower, toilet, urinal, and hair dryer.
Coffee and a selection of teas (organic tea) included
Climate-controlled cabinet with a selection of wines, mineral water, and Grevensteiner Landbier (for an additional fee)
You can park your car directly at your accommodation free of charge.
Access to the on-site fishing ponds makes this log cabin, located in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park, a truly unique place to stay.
Enjoy the tranquility of nature. Explore the Sauerland on foot or by bike. You can set out on the most beautiful tours right from your accommodation.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Blockhaus und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gemütliche Kojenbett, der Kamin und der Außen-Whirlpool sind klasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Preis lag am oberen Ende einer akzeptablen Bandbreite.

Schönes sehr stilvoll ausgestattetes Objekt, welches in dieser Preislage allerdings vor allem bei der Außenausstattung mal wieder ein Update benötigt.

Das Chalet im Sauerland ist eine wunderschöne Hütte in der man auch bei schlechten Wetter schöne romantische Momente vor dem Kamin verbringen kann.
Die Hütte ist mit vielem ausgestattet was man braucht, man hat die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen ohne das man gesehen wird.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort hin fahren.
