About this apartment rental
On the second floor of the Villa zur See, a newly renovated vacation apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, awaits you. With 49 square meters of space, it’s the perfect vacation home for four people. In addition to the spacious living area, the 2.5-room apartment features a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The modern kitchen is a separate space and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It leaves nothing to be desired, even for the most discerning guests.
A small guest restroom with a window provides additional comfort. The large, naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub with a fixed shower enclosure and a modern rain shower. The slanted walls and the clever arrangement of the windows in the living room give this vacation rental a bright, airy feel and a special atmosphere. The smart TV in the living room provides entertainment.
The couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping area for a fifth person. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. You can park your car in the assigned parking space next to the house. Bicycles can be stored in a covered shelter.
