The historic Villa Strandklause in Kaiserbad Bansin captivates with its unique location, right on the waterfront of the Baltic Sea. From here, it’s just a few meters to the beach, and the town center—with its restaurants and shops—is also within easy reach.
The spacious three-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the building. Spanning 62 square meters, you’ll find a tasteful blend of warm colors and maritime accents. Up to four people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. The bright loggia—complete with comfortable armchairs and a TV—offers a place to unwind while taking in a fantastic view of the sea. Soak up plenty of sunshine on the terrace while breathing in the fresh sea air and watching the hustle and bustle on the adjacent beach promenade. The whole family can enjoy wonderful meals together at the large dining table. The open kitchenette is well-equipped with essential appliances, including a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
Another room serves as a cozy living space and retreat. This room can be converted into a bedroom in no time at all, thanks to the fold-out bed (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 meters). The third and fourth guests can stay here. The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (sleeping area: 1.80 x 2.00 meters) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, and heated towel rack.
Wi-Fi is included. You can park your car in a private parking space behind the house. A lockable bike storage room is available for any bicycles you bring with you. The villa also features a laundry room and an elevator.
