This spacious, open-concept apartment offers plenty of room and a great location. Located right on the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen, it features a terrace with ocean views in a quiet complex with a shared pool.
You can walk to the town’s beautiful sandy beaches—Playa Chica is only about 5 minutes away, and Playa Grande is about 15 minutes away.
There are great restaurants and bars right in the harbor.

The apartment is outstanding, the best we’ve stayed in anywhere. Spacious, well furnished, lovely artwork and light fixtures. Well equipped kitchen and shower room. Storage for clothes etc is excellent. Everything finished to a high standard. An issue with the kitchen tap was dealt with promptly with lovely local staff. The terrace area is large and gets sun all day, the sun beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent and the view outstanding. We have very much enjoyed our time in the apartment and would love to return.

Perfect location. Quiet and pieceful. Near all amenities. Apartment had everything you could wish for. Sunbeds on terrace could do with new cushions apart from that an excellent place to stay.
