About this apartment rental
Vacation apartment with a pool and spectacular ocean views near Sanremo. The Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. EasyJet offers very affordable flights to Nice. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The friendly owner, Nino, regularly brings you a basket of his organic produce, fruits, and vegetables. The apartments are very clean. There are 3 two-bedroom apartments. Three new studios have also been built on the property, each accommodating up to 3 people.
Pompeiana enjoys a pleasant sea breeze in the summer and is sheltered from cold winds in the winter. The apartments therefore offer you the ideal opportunity to escape the cold winters in your home country.
You are guaranteed a warm welcome and a very pleasant, relaxing stay on the farm, where you can go horseback riding, hiking, or cycling along a 25-km-long bike path by the sea that runs from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti.
A short distance away is a paradise-like little blue lake where locals often go for a swim. (see photo gallery) Ask the owner, Nino, where to find it.
A swimming pool (8.50 x 3.70) with a terrace was recently installed in the garden. Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If there is interest, aqua aerobics classes are organized on weekdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
There is a large supermarket (Lidl) in Riva Ligure, about an 8-minute drive away. In Arma di Taggia, there is a large indoor shopping center with a supermarket, shops, and bars. (Address: Via Privata Roggeri 56, Arma di Taggia.)
Please note!! The rental does not include bed linens or towels. A linens package can be provided for 18 euros per person and must be paid on site. The tourist tax must also be paid on site.

Schon in 2009 haben wir das Objekt für einen 14-tägigen Familienurlaub genossen und uns rundum erholt. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und vom Alltag Abstand nehmen. Eine Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick, eine große mit allem nötigem ausgestattete Wohnung und nun sogar ein Pool machen den Urlaub vollkommen. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist die überaus freundliche Rund-um-Versorgung des Gastgebers Nino, der jeder Zeit mit einem freundlichen Lächeln für seine Gäste da ist und immer wieder ein herzliches Willkommensgefühl vermittelt. Auch in diesem Jahr konnten wir all dies erleben, sind dankbar für die tolle Zeit und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!

Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit.
Zufahrt zum Objekt erfordert geschickliches Fahrkönnen.
