THE PROPERTY
Less than 1.5 km from the villa is the famous luxury outlet mall “The Mall,” one of the world’s leading shopping centers of its kind.
Despite its proximity to The Mall, the property is completely sheltered from the crowds, noise, and traffic, ensuring guests a stay of total relaxation and tranquility.
Villa Luisa is located within a fully fenced-in area inaccessible to outsiders. Next to it are two other villas, each equipped with a living area and kitchen. Outside the three buildings is a spacious garden, a barbecue area, the swimming pool (which is also fenced), and a private parking lot accessible via remote control. Wi-Fi is free and the signal covers the entire property.

HOW TO GET AROUND
If you plan to explore the region, you’ll definitely need a car, as public transportation is rather limited. Once you arrive at the property, we’ll provide you with a remote control to access our private parking lot.
If, on the other hand, you just want to go shopping or, at most, visit Florence, for a small additional fee I can drive you to The Mall or to the train station to catch a train. If you’re flying into Florence and contact me in advance, I can come pick you up or arrange a transfer with a private driver.
