The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Open floor plan with large kitchen, dining and living room for entertaining or just taking it easy. Cozy up in front of the fire or swing open the French doors in summer and enjoy the cool breeze. Step onto the elevated deck and look out over the magnificent forest while grilling some dinner! Listen! The sound you hear are two streams passing on either side that come together to form a picture-perfect private waterfall just a short trail walk from the cabin... bring wine! Night time? Sit around the campfire or the propane firepit on the deck listening to your favorite music on the integrated bluetooth sound system. Seven minutes to the Beaverkill river... world famous for trout fishing, great for swimming and kayaking. Five minutes to the award winning Do Good Distillery and Roscoe Brewery, quaint boutique shops and cozy farm-to-table restaurants. Very clean cabin. It’s very spacious and beautifully decorated. Awesome customer service. Jason was super helpful and very responsive. The space is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The waterfall on the property is breathtaking.

This rental is a beautiful place that our host Jason built with obvious thought for the aesthetics and convenience of a living space. Great, roomy kitchen with fully stocked pots, pans, cooking tools, dishes and cutlery. Plenty of room for 6-8 people to eat comfortably both indoors (dining area) and outdoors on the nice long porch overlooking the back yard, fire pit and woods (we saw a deer one morning). Beds were comfortable and bathroom were beautifully done with stones on the shower floor and sink countertop. Towels and linens provided are all clean and fresh. Washer and dryer avail but we didn’t use it. The fire pit is great and the pièce de résistance (the waterfall) is a short walk through the woods. The water wasn’t running very hard as it is the middle of summer but it is still a beautiful place where one can really lose oneself to their natural surroundings. We highly recommend Jason’s beautiful rental to anyone taking a trip to the Roscoe area!!!

Jason is an excellent host and his cabin is wonderful to stay in. It’s kept nice and clean with all the things you need for a getaway in the Catskills. Waterfall on property is a gem!

Our 3 generational family took a long weekend to unplug in this large, lovely home. We hiked, ate at local restaurants, and enjoyed the beautiful waterfall right on the property. Hated leaving!
