About this house rental
Our house is friendly, the atmosphere is warm. It's our friends who say it! In any case, we have done everything to make everyone feel good, adults and children alike. Located 100m from the beach and its water sports centre, the house has a large exotic and quiet garden, a heated swimming pool secured by a glass barrier, a large terrace with barbecue by the pool, a bright, friendly and... playful interior. The living room is large and open to the kitchen, bright because it crosses the exotic garden and the azure swimming pool, friendly because it has a comfortable lounge, a stove, a table football and a trampoline net for the children. The children jump on the net, before returning to their den: a long dormitory with two * two bunk beds, a convertible bed as well, a TV with DVD, games and a beautiful view of the garden.
The adults have 4 beautiful bedrooms. A master suite on the first floor with an exotic garden view, with a large shower room for people with reduced mobility - Upstairs, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom with bath. In total, there are 3 toilets: 1 on the first floor, 2 upstairs The location is strategic: 200m from the sea, the water sports centre, 3 minutes walk from essential shops (bakery, mini-market, newsagent, tobacconist, café, pizzeria, etc.), 15 minutes from Pornic, 35 minutes from Nantes. Les Moutiers are easily accessible by road and train, the train station from Nantes being a 5-minute walk from the house.

Nos sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.
La villa est grande et spacieuse et refaite à neuf avec une cuisine qui contient tout le nécessaire.
Le dortoir des enfants est particulièrement bien agencé et pratique.
Chambres et salles de bains propres.
Le baby foot apporte un plus certain et de la convivialité, mais c'est l'atypique filet de catamaran étiré au dessus qui a énormément plu aux enfants. Ils y ont passé beaucoup de temps.
Jardin agréable et piscine très bien protégée et propre.
La plage est à 2 rues ainsi qu'un parc de jeux pour enfants en bord de mer et une base nautique. Le centre ville est très proche également. Tout se fait à pied
Maison adaptée aux grandes familles et pour tous les âges.
Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympas.
Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjours à Moutier-en-retz.
