About this apartment rental
In our spacious, brand-new 56-square-meter vacation apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The cozy kitchen-living room features a separate cooking area, a comfortable dining nook, and a TV. The separate bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The bathroom, complete with a shower, towel dryer, and separate toilet, rounds out the experience. Here, you can get up close and personal with the animals on the farm! You’re welcome to visit the animals anytime and even help take care of them—whenever you feel like it. Our covered swimming pool, playground, giant sandpile, trampoline, table tennis, go-kart, push cars, game collection, and playrooms for various age groups are waiting for you to discover them. Bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Upon request, we’d be happy to offer additional catering services on-site! Just ask us! The final cleaning fee of EUR 30 is to be paid separately on-site. This fee is waived if the apartment is returned in good order, swept clean, with the beds stripped and the dishes washed. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. You’ll pay the total amount on-site in cash or via online banking. Pets are allowed upon request for 7.00 EUR per pet per day (food not included). The final cleaning fee of 30.00 EUR must be paid separately on-site. This fee is waived if the vacation rental is left swept clean, with the beds stripped, and the dishes washed. Check-in is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (or by arrangement); check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Information regarding key pickup: in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A lodging tax of 2.60 EUR per person will be charged separately on-site.
