Jaybird Retreat is a pair of adorable cottages in a gorgeous riverfront setting, so peaceful you'll forget your just an hour from Seattle. The main Jaybird Cabin has everything your group will need; a full kitchen, dining area, and enough seating to all sit around the electric fireplace. Enjoy outdoor meals from the propane grill on the riverside deck- just around the corner from the sparkling hot tub where you can relax and gaze at the stunning view of the Cascade Mountains. Chickadee Cottage is a sweet studio snuggled on the side with a kitchenette and queen bed in a cozy living space. The spacious and private yard offers plenty of space for each cottage to feel very private while still being able to enjoy the company of the group when everyone's ready for the campfire or board games.

STANDARD AT ALL TREE LINE RENTALS:
- Amenity size body wash & conditioning shampoo
- Standard drip coffeemaker
- Fair trade ground coffee (2 pots), selection of teas, sugars
- 4 rolls TP in each bathroom
- 2 rolls paper towels in kitchen
- Eco-friendly handsoap, dish soap, all purpose cleaner
- Dishwasher detergent
- 1.5x occupancy bath towels & wash cloths (minimum 4)
Furry friends are welcome for $50/pet! We welcome all species, sizes, and breeds.
Please note that we have a webcam that looks out to the driveway entrance, facing AWAY from the house.
In order to keep our cabins beautiful for our guests, lawn maintenance is done Wednesdays or Thursdays weekly. You may hear or see landscapers during this time and there may be noise from lawnmowers or leafblowers. Thank you for your cooperation!

The house and cottage were good. They were both very clean. Just a few little things need attention. The blind in the big dining room window is broken, the sink in the main bathroom drained slowly and the potholders need to be replaced. The main thing that really needs to be done, is cutting the bushes and trees in front of the deck. Even standing at the rail, you can't see the whole river. The river view is the reason we've rented this place for the past 3 years. The first year we could see the river. Then last year we asked if the bushes could be trimmed back as the view was obstructed. We could see that they had been recently trimmed. But they were still about level to the deck railing so you couldn't see the river. I've included the river view photos from the listing and the photos we took this past weekend.

The views were spectacular and the cabins were cozy. Only issue was the uncomfortable bed in the main cabin.
