Low price, clearness, very friendly and polite owner, private toilets for each room
Very poor sound insulation, a walk-through room. Low water pressure in the shower when three people shower one after another. The hot water only lasts for 5 minutes before it shuts off. If you haven’t finished showering by then, you have to get out of the shower and turn it back on (or have someone sit there and keep turning it on for you).

Very comfortable, spacious with well thought-out furnishing and very kind hosts. Big common room, garden and clean, semi private bathrooms. Excellent value for money.
