Located in the heart of Santorini, few kilometers from Fira, the capital of the island, A&V villa is the perfect location for those seeking for piece, luxury and comfort.

Two fully equipped kitchens, a large living room and an elegant dining room allow the guests to gather and enjoy a traditional meal in the cozy atmosphere of the villa away from the daily crowd.
Four comfortable bedrooms, each one featuring a king size bed and three fully renovated bathrooms (one for each level) are the perfect compromise to combine some privacy with the advantage of sharing a private luxury home with your love ones.

From the amazing host, Eugenia, to the excellent cook and housekeeper, Dora, and the private chef, Argie, everything was fantastic and exactly as we’d hoped. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to all our friends.

HEAVEN! We are leaving EVERY compliment in the world about this property. Evgenia was so incredible. She helped us plan and book the most magical stay in Santorini. All her choices were top notch. I trust her 100%. She was there to greet us and had yummy homede treats for us. The property was huge and gorgeous. The beautiful lady who makes breakfast, cleans the house and does the laundry is so incredible. We wish we could stay forever. All the details of the home are dreamy and better than you can ever want. The location is picture perfect with walkable places to eat and shop. All the beds were so comfortable. We had way more than enough room. We felt very safe. Thank you from our hearts for making your home our favorite place in the world . We will be back. Hugs

House and pool were nice and generally as represented. It was clean and had good air conditioning. Property manager assisted with getting transportation which was necessary due to location and any cars arranged were triple what the local cabs cost. Location was just not good--on the highway so lots of highway noise, an aggressive dog that cornered my family every time we walked in or out and looked to need its shots, no view/certainly not as represented, too far from Fira and beaches. If you do not have a car, this is not the place for you. Walking is on the highway and dangerous. The housekeeper (who was really nice btw) was not so much an added plus but required because the septic system has issues. Bathrooms were substandard and smell emanating from the shower periodically made us concerned about water contamination. And the septic is right next to the pool and smelled pretty bad. Additional fees were also requested. It was adequate but we wouldn't recommend it unless you have a car, bring lots of bottled water and don't want the Santorini views.
