Location was great. Next to a metro and one the sea front. It was very clean. Bathroom was large. Conformable bed. I was notified about the scaffolding in advance so that was expected and was reflected in room price.
My second trip to Napoli and I still love it. Last time I stayed in the Spanish quarter, and while a great location this was less chaotic.
The stairs to the bathroom were perilous, especially during the night when you’re half asleep. I did see this on the reviews but it still surprised me.
I would have been nice to have someone on reception at some point, but during our stay there was no one. Rosanna was very helpful over WhatsApp though.
The rooms facing the sea can be noisy due to the road and usual Naples traffic, bring ear plugs.

There is artwork as soon as you enter which was nice and tasteful. The layout was interesting with the catwalk above the bed to reach the toilet and shower room. There were good restaurants around but it was not near the excursions we had planned.
The hand held shower is mounted to the ceiling which does not work for that type of hanger. Please wall mount. My sister requests a curtain over the window to the bedroom from the shower also.

The staff was very helpful.
Rooms were clean.
This property wouldn’t be good for very old people or small children due to steep stairs to the bathroom
